Two of the Bay Area's most successful Hip Hop entrepreneurs, E-40 and Too Short are coming together to record an album together. The two have often recorded songs together with some great success. Most notable are the hit songs 'Rappers Ball', 'From the Ground Up' and E-40's most recent hit 'Earl Dats Your Life'. The two aren't sure if they will create a group name or just flip a coin to see whether or not its Too Short & E-40 or E-40 and Too Short. I pitched the name Too-40 but it was soundly rejected. In any case the two are in the studio now as we speak, laying down tracks. The album should drop by summer. There will not be a parade of emcees on this album. E-40 said there will be some selective guests. They are looking to singer Dave Hollister to drop some vocals on some of the songs.

E-40 also noted that the Click album which features himself, brother D-Shot, cousin B-Legit and sister Suga T is just being completed. The first single which should be dropping any day is called 'Pop Your Collar'. E-40 wanted to make sure that it was known that this new gesture is something from the Yeah Area. The song is uptempo and funky as hell. It borrows from the old school funk group 'One Way'.
